CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Regarding your personal data processed or that may be processed by OP. DR. DENİZ KORKMAZ ("Data Controller"), who is the data controller within the scope of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and international conventions on human rights to which our country is a party and the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), the information on the environment and conditions in which the data processing activity in question is carried out and the rights and obligations of both you and the Data Controller regarding this is given below.

Your personal data is collected by our Clinic through different channels while performing our activities as Data Controller in order to ensure full compliance with the legislation, our policies and the obligations undertaken. Your personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and the stipulated regulations in accordance with the basic principles stipulated in the Law.

Your personal data may vary depending on the service, product or activity provided by OP. DR. DENİZ KORKMAZ; It is collected verbally, in writing or electronically by automatic or non-automatic methods, our clinical units, website, social media channels, mobile applications, events, promotion and similar means. Your processed personal data; In accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, in order to carry out our activities in accordance with the legislation and our policies, in order for our business units to carry out the necessary work in this direction, it may be shared with our employees within our clinic, or in line with the purpose of the service we provide, or with regulatory supervisory institutions, our suppliers, our business partners at home and abroad and legally authorized public institutions and organizations, and may be transferred domestically and abroad in cases stipulated by the relevant legislation.

IV. Your Rights as a Data Subject under the Law

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data,

To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,

To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage.

In the application that you have as a personal data owner and that you will make in order to exercise your rights mentioned above and that includes your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise, the matter you request must be clear and understandable, the subject you request must be related to you personally or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and this authority must be documented, the application must contain identity and address information and documents certifying your identity must be attached to the application. The applications made to us will be returned in writing or electronically within 30 days at the latest from the date of receipt of your request.

The data controller protects your personal data in full compliance with all technical and administrative security measures to be taken within the framework of information security standards and procedures.
